Sign up on-line for a library card with Eastern Owyhee County Library. Come to the library to pick up your card. Bring personal ID for varification. Our address is 520 Boise Avenue, Grand View. We are across the street from the post office and right next to City Park. Our library is a participant in the LiLI Express program. Please ask us about it!
